  • Network teaming

We are looking at using Hyper-V in some of our remote locations to save on cost. We currently use ESX and have a quick question. In ESX, you can create a virtual switch with multiple NICs on the host to enable load balancing and fault tolerance. It doesn't appear you can do this in Hyper-V. Is that correct?

I know you could do it by using software from the NIC vendor but that doesn't help if the server has NICs from multiple vendors. Does anyone know if Microsoft is looking to change this?
