    I thought the rule was that you only had to reactivate windows VM's if they were put on different hardware? I dont want to use all my activations for testing? How do you get around this?

    Buy a TechNet subscription and use those images. If I'm not mistaken, you can always call up and get more MAK activations. You just need a proper reason for why you've used the first lot up.
