      I don't know if you know about the process of preparing the machine (any machine, real or virtual) for cloning. If you don't, read the above post and make sure you know how to use SYSPREP.

      For the actual copy I think you can use the EXPORT feature (which copies the entire VM structure to a new folder), or use ROBOCOPY to copy the VHD and create a new VM that uses the cloned and sysprepped VHD file.
