  • PXE boot a Hyper-V virtual machine?

Has anyone tried this? I've got a 2003 Enterprise Edition server running WDS with a Vista boot image and XP legacy image setup. The host machine that Server 2008 and Hyper-V are installed on will PXE boot off the WDS server, but the Hyper-V virtual machine won't.

I can see that it picks up a DHCP lease and is assigned a GUID, but then there's a TFTP server error that flashes up that's too quick to make out.

It's far from a major issue, I know the WDS server works and I was only playing with Hyper-V to see what's what, but it irks me that something doesn't work.
