Is this the DC with the PDC Emulator FSMO?
That is the authoritative time source for the domain

Have you followed all the steps>? (e.g. in http://jackstromberg.com/2013/10/con...in-controller/)
What NTP server are you using - please don't let it be time.microsoft.com which seems to have little connection to any universe

      Virtual or Physical DC?
      1 1 was a racehorse.
      2 2 was 1 2.
      1 1 1 1 race 1 day,
      2 2 1 1 2

        So true.

I like to use ntp.org's servers. Here's the list of pools including the regional pool:

          Re: w32time, not correct time

The DC is virtuel on Hyper-V 2012 R2 and I found out that time sync. was added to the service integration. When I removed that the time was corrected.
I using 0.dk.poo.ntp.org and 1.dk.pool.ntp.org as tinme sources.
