  • active directory for multiple Vlans

    hi all
I am learning cisco certifications, and as you know you use to deal a lot with Vlans and trunking.

so can we mange a network Consisting of multiple vlans and manged by single active directory server ?

    thanks,

No reason why not as long as:
    a) the DC can reach all the VLANs
    b) Sites and Services is set up appropriately (if multiple DCs)

      Concur with Tom.

Also agree. Cisco devices don't care haw many servers, DC or otherwise, just how to handle the packets they get. It's whether the packets go the right way to get back & forth between clients and servers that counts.
