  • Group Policy

    Hi,

We have created a few group policies. Policies are working fine when under domain but when the same policy is applied(linked) to a specific organisation Unit, policies are not working.

    Regards,
    Anishk

    Re: Group Policy

Run gpresult / RSoP and check they are being applied

What settings are not coming through?

Some settings (password complexity and account lockouts) do not apply at Site or OU level, so this may be the cause

Others may not apply without the correct client side extensions being installed on the target machines

Also note that the OUs (or their children) need to contain user or computer objects. Group Policy does not apply to group objects.
