  • Remove active directory objects from unsuccessful installation

I recently tried to promote a DC on a child domain, for example The result was "Active directory could not create the object ..... check the event log for possible system errors.
"The FSMO role ownership could not be verified because its directory partition has not replicated successfully with at least one replication partner". So the installation stopped with no success. When later i tried the same procedure i got the Error saying that i cannot use the since it is already used!
    A. How can i erase unsuccessful objects from Active Directory
    B. What is the possible reason for the first error?

Check out the last answer to the question here:

Did you ensure your Active Directory was in a healthy state before promoting the DC? Try running dcdiag and reviewing the output. Check that replication is functioning properly.
