    Read Only Domain controller 2008 can working a lone even the Primary Domain down or no?

    Yes, provided only locally cached users / computers authenticate, and no-one attempts e.g. a password change.

    The disconnect should be temporary only.

      could you give the different between RODC and additional DC, i have confuse between them.

        will help a lot, but basically:
        ADC - full domain controller, holds all of AD (and DNS if installed), read/write so data can be modified
        RODC - partial domain controller, holds only specifically cached accounts (and possibly cached DNS), cannot be updated so forwards updates to nearest writable DC
