  • Fine Grained Password Policy (Split from Migrating Windows Server)

Q: systems administrator of a company that has recently upgraded all its Domain Controllers to Windows Server 2008, and you are planning authentication and authorization policies that take advantage of the new features that Windows Server 2008 provides. A member of your administrative team informs you that he cannot get the fine-grained password policy to work, even though all DCs now run Windows Server 2008. What would you advise him to do?

Guys can you please answer this question?

First - don't hijack threads. I have split this to the correct forum

Second - why does this sound like homework or an exam question? If it is, please say so

Third - should it be a real problem, what have you done so far to troubleshoot it?
