  • migrating stand alone domain controllers in different locations

    hello,
I am an IT administrator of a company that just bought another company in different locations in Europe.
obviously the new offices had already DC and and AD. we would like to migrate and build a trust in order administrate the new users in the new locations.
what will be the easiest way and more important , the safest way to do it ?

Really there are too many unknowns to give any good answers, but IMHO
Start with documenting the current environments well
    Document required product (goals)
If you are going with trusts, establish VPNs to other sites
Create trusts and test both ways
