I have founded some google answer for you to monitor the files and folder. Please have a look at these link and hope they help you else the second other way is you can do these same by a third party application also if you want i can name them also..

      Re: Monitoring using SNMP

The first link is how to monitor a specific database system which the OP probably doesn't have
The second is dealing with a specific problem

Neither is likely to help the OP with their issue.

If you are going to post, at least take the time to post something useful (I fully appreciate that this may take time away from your day job of pushing the products of a particular software company ), for example (possibly using a different to the one you used) https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=sn...LomQ7AaOo4HwBw

Perhaps the OP can get back to us with the server OSes involved and some better help will be on offer. Since it is probably Windows Server, SCOM/SCCM may be a solution, as may Spiceworks

You will obviously have to install and configure the SNMP service on the servers involved. Depending on the SNMP version used, community names (= passwords) may be sent in clear text over the network, so make sure to consider the security implications.

You will need some third party software product to collect the required data via SNMP. The data will need to be stored and presented in a meaningful way. There's no shortage of products capable of doing that, commercial or otherwise.

Personally, I've used Cacti in several network environments for bandwidth and performance monitoring via SNMP. The graphing is great and the product is not at all difficult to install and configure.
