    Windows 2008 R2 I need to load an .exe at startup in session 0, best parctice to do that?

      It's an application with no service, issue is MS no longer supports 2008 r2 starting in session 0 as in 2003.

      I could try to generate a service to load it, just looking for ideas.

        If Microsoft is no longer supporting it, which I can understand, then there is no best practise.
        Is there such a specific reason why you need to do this?

          There is no session 0 in W2K8 or W2K8R2.
