  • Network Password

    Hello,

I have a 32-bit Windows 7 workstation that I am trying to install some client software pulled from a server. The server has Windows Server 2008 R2, but when I access the web interface prompting me to install the software a window pops up requiring the proper credentials. So, I use the administrator user name and password but I get an error saying "The specified network password is not correct." I know for a fact I am using the right credentials for this server, so does anybody have an idea why I get this error?

I cannot remote into this server with any Windows 7 workstations and I can remote successfully with Windows XP. I don't know if anybody is familiar with it, but the software is Shoretel Communicator for a VoIP system.

    Thanks!!
