  • conn't connect remotly

    After update windows server 2008 R2 to SP1 i can't access remote desktop from XP SP3 and windows 7
    but i can access it using windows server 2003...

    i run Windows6.1-KB2265716-x64.msu on server but not solved

    Please Advice

    Do you get an error?
    If so, what is it?

    Unlikely to be server side if one computer can connect OK -- I presume you are using the same account for all of them
    Have you looked at client fiewall settings?
    Are you using the same (or better) RDP client version?

      Windows Xp: Give the below message:
      "An authentication error has occurred the requested security package dose not exist"
      "Remote Computer: Server IP"

      About remote Desktop is the RDP 6

      and it's only connect from Windows server OS not Client OS such as XP, windows 7

      Firewall of on server and Client

      it's not working after i Update server 2008 to SP1

        Do you get the same error on win7?

        Are the clients in the same domain as the server?
