  • SubInAcl command Help

    Hi,
    I have the following problem:

An user which was the owner of the system has been deleted.

Now the owner of many files and directories is:

    Unknow Account(S-1-5-21-1755405117-186287622-2695648078-1142)

I want to replace this account with MYDOMAIN\AMIN

Some suggested to use the command SubInAcl

I have studied it and here is the command line I have created

    subinacl /subdirectories h:\*.* /findsid=S-1-5-21-1755405117-186287622-2695648078-1142[continue] /setowner=MYDOMAIN\Admin

It does not work and nothing is changed. What's wrong with it ?

Also I habe a question: does the /findsid switch search for the SID in the owner or only in the ACL ?

    Thanks in advance
