    Hi all,

    I need help to replicate two different domain.
    Case : i have plan to create domain abc.net (win 2003) and abc.com (win 2008 R2). the goals is, when i create an OU or User account in abc.net it must be replicate to abc.com, and vice versa.
    Both domain are in the same network segment.
    can you guys help me with this.

    i beleive you can only replicate in thesame domain....

      AD doesn't work like that. Users, Groups, OU's, etc. don't replicate to "foreign" domains. What's your need for this?

        To accomplish this, you'll need to have an identity management software in place that will have access to both domains. This software will monitor objects in both domains and process the rules that you create.

        Microsoft's latest version of this type of software is called Forefront Identity Manager (FIM).

          You could always create a two-way trust. That will allow you to allow permissions on domain 'a' for users primarily using domain 'b', and vice versa.

          I don't see why you would want to replicated two domains exactly. You could always create a hierarchy as well where one is parent to the other dc.
