Just add it as an additional Domain controller of the existing domain.

      Hi

When i tried ,its asking for a forest prep. Moreover i can't run forest prep in 32 bit windows server using adprep utility in 64 bit server its doesn't make sense. Any idea???/

The server 2008 installation media include 32 bit adprep -- look in the support / adprep folder (on R2 and AFAIK 2008 is the same)
        File is adprep32 (surprisingly)
