    Yes, that's what the screenshot appears to show.

    If you need help solving the problem, a few more clues would be helpful:
    Is this on a DC or another computer?
    Has it worked previously?
    If so, what has changed?
    Anything in event logs?
    Have you tried removing and re-adding the Group Policy Management feature?

    Oh - perhaps you can help me too. My car won't start. Why?

      Have you faced something like this before and with your experience you should know which part of the server make this happens something as checking "Registry"
      if you acting as robot that asking the common Questions you should be smart and program it with this website "petri robot helping you "
      i hope your car start again if you have one ..

        You have a problem (several problems from your post history)
        You post insufficient information to allow any meaningful response
        You don't actually provide the information you are asked for, and that would help to solve your problem - I asked those questions for a reason and because I have seen similar problems before
        You then criticise people who are TRYING to help you
