Searching for the first error info posted from your log shows several issues it could be: insufficient drive space, missing Windows manifests, corrupted Windows Update files. Some more info would be a good place to start:

How much free space is on the boot volume (C:\ drive) of the failing server?
What is this server used for (roles & features installed)?
Are you applying this SP2 update through a Windows Update process or by manually downloading and running the SP install?
Do other Windows Updates install without failures?
Have you tried turning your antivirus off before running the install/update?
Do you have any other servers that you have sucessfully installed this same SP?

Try downloading and running the System Update Readiness tool from MS and see what it tells you, as described at this link:
        https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/947366

Your error log shows missing manifest files, and the Update processes seem to be central to the SP install, so by all means follow thru the steps on that page (you've already tried Step1 so go to 2) and report back with your results.

Does the same Sp2 media you are using work on another computer?
Regardless, consider re-downloading it and re-trying the install with new media
