What Hypervisor are you planning to use?
        a) HyperV (Microsoft)
        b) ESX (VMware)
        c) Other (what?)

What experience do you have with virtualisation?

              A couple of tools:
              http://blogs.technet.com/b/tommypatt...ort-added.aspx
              http://www.altaro.com/hyper-v/using-...nversions-p2v/

Strongly recommend you get some experience with HyperV and also practice the conversion on some "safe" machines before you let loose on your production servers
