    From the server, do this – When your reach Max connection for RDP
    C:>query session [Enter]
    It will display all connected users see example below when this command is run:
    SESSIONNAME---- USERNAME--- ID--- STATE-- TYPE-- DEVICE
    services-----------------------------------0----- Disc
    >console----------------------- fani-----1------ Active
    rdp-tcp---------------------- -------65536-------Listen
    The result above shows that "fani" has session ID# 1, to kill this session run this command:
    C:>reset session 1 [Enter]
    To kill a session form a remote server or workstation you must specify the target server see example below. Fani is currently logged on to “fk-apps-01,we first run this command:

    C:\>query session /server:fk-apps-01, here is the query result:
    SESSIONNAME----- USERNAME-----ID-----STATE-------TYPE---DEVICE
    services---------------------------------- 0------- Disc
    console----------------------------------- 1-------Conn
    rdp-tcp#0---------------------fani--------2-------Active-----rdpwd
    rdp-tcp 65536 Listen
    From the query result we can see that fani has a session ID#2, to kill this session issue the command below:
    C:\>reset session 2 /server:fk-apps-01
    If you want to see additional information you can run the command above with [/v], see example below:


    C:\>reset session 2 /server:fk-apps-01 /v
    Resetting session ID 2
    Session ID 2 has been reset
