  • Windows Deployment Server no boot

    Hello,
I have a server running Windows server 2008(not R2) at home and I have several Dell computers (PXE supported) and WDS has been working last time I used it was 2 months ago but now it won't work becuase the PXE thing starts and it does NOT find anything. What can I do?

    Follow the checklist here:

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l...70(WS.10).aspx

In particular make sure DHCP is working correctly.

It will boot now but now I have a problem with the MDT 2010 Windows deployment wizard because when I enter my credentials it says Invlaid Credeintials (800704C3)

I fixed it for the credintials for accesing the share and joining the domain I set my logon domain (for th ecredentials NOT the one I am joining) to the AD/MDT server's IP Adress
