But there is no licensing manager to register my purchased CAL into Windows server 2008 R2.

i have used llsmgr.exe to install the CAL in Windows server 2003 yet I could not find any license manager for Windows server 2008 R2.

I don't have to install the CAL License for Windows server 2008 R2?

You actually don't need to register your CAL's unless it are TS cals.
You can put the document into your administration papers.
