If I go back in windows server 2003 then we can apply GPO under Domain Name or OU....>Properties.......>Group Policy.

In windows server 2008 I am unable to find it.I want add the password complaxcity on all OU .With server 2003 it is easy for me but this is 2008 server.Does't know the option.

It sounds like you weren't using the Group Policy Management Console in W2K3 and since it didn't exist in W2K you're having trouble with W2K8. You need to use the GPMC, which is avaiable in Administrative Tools on your DC.

      probably easiest way should be:

      click start >> run >> gpmc.msc >> hit enter

under your domain >> right click the default policy >> click edit

then browse to the following path and also see the screen shot attached.

Policies >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Account Policies >> password policy.

      Hope this will help
