I appear to be having a problem with our 2008 Server running Hyper-V.

I am unable to view any other the virtual machines (although they are running ok) I get an message stating that No virtual machines were found on the server.

I have checked the event log and I have been getting the below error.

Faulting application svchost.exe_LanmanServer, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x47919291, faulting module srvsvc.dll, version 6.0.6002.18005, time stamp 0x49e04257, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000000000013abc, process id 0xe18, application start time 0x01ca1cef19534dcc.

The server has been restarted a few times and all the Hyper-V services are running.

Can someone offer me some advice on this?

All Windows updates are up to date yes.

Did have a slight problem getting 3.5 .net framework on but is ok now.
