  • RemoteApp without user credentials

    Hello.

I'm testing great Win 2008 feature, remoteApp, but I want it not to ask for user credentials after he click rpd file or its shortcut. "Remember password" isn't good solution because in my company users have to change passwords from tme to time.
Users are already authenticated in AD and win 2008 are domain member server.

    Is it somehow possile?

    cheers!

      Re: RemoteApp without user credentials

Thanks for your reply, but this article covers only Win Vista and Win 2008.

      BUT!

I wanted such functionality in Windows XP, I started to dig, and found a solution

      Here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951608

and here (based on previous, in comments): http://blogs.msdn.com/ts/archive/200...nnections.aspx

      Enjoy

Oh, I found possible error in MS article. At the end of article, in example is: "1"="TERMSERV/*"
      should be: "1"="TERMSRV/*"

      2nd works for me.
