  • Command Line Installation of Terminal Services

I've installed TS 2008 on two pcs.
one using the GUI, one using servermanagercmd -install TS-TERMINAL-SERVER.

When I try to connect to the GUI installed, everything works fine,
When I try to connect to the one installed using servermanagercmd, I cannot connect .

I've checked some and found that one of the firewall rules installed on the first wasn't on the second. I enabled it.

I also add required users to the remote desktop users group.

when i use a port scanner to test....I cannot gain access to 3389.... Is there a procedure to install TS using command line that make it functionnal in one step ?

Yes, as I posted, I've found one port that is open when installing using the GUI and not using command line.

even after opening it it does'nt work
