  • Limit Server 2003 folder size (not mailbox)

    Server 2003 Std SP1

Is there any way I can limit the total size to which a folder and its subfolders can grow? (Nothing to do with mailboxes). I know about quotas per user, but they often share folders e.g. accounts clerks.

You can upgrade to windows 2003 R2 and use the dirquota.exe utility
or you can use the current os and use a third party utility such as veritas Storage Exec 5.3 http://www.veritas.com/Vrt/offer?_re...10&a_id=10031&
    Good Luck
