Production server continually restarts.

  • Production server continually restarts.

    Our production server, being the DC, File, Exchange 2003 & Sharepoint server, keeps crashing, and as the days go by, it crashes more and more often during the day.

    Here is the error report:

    Can someone decipher this data for me and let me know what the problem is?

    Disable the Automatically restart function oin the advanced tab/ settings button in Device manager.

    Then trawl your Event Logs for something along the lines of SAVEDUMP errors. There should be an error code in this event.

      Most probably a hardware driver of some sort. Can you update all/any of your drivers or alternatively roll back any new ones you or WU/MU just put on?
