  • CRM 3.0 Problem

    Hi, we are member of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. We installed Crm Professional 3.0 version ( Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in into packet) in our company. Crm is working. But there is only Service module. There aren't Sales and Marketing modules in our Crm. How can I install Sales and Marketing modules ? Where from can I find Sales and Marketing modules ? Can you help me ?

    Did you review the installation guide? Did you installed Pro or SBS edition?

      The logged in user is set for Restricted mode, which allows for an administration -only access that won't use a user license. Go to Settings>Business Unit Settings> Users and open the record for your logon. At the bottom of the Information tab is the box for Restricted Mode- clear it and click Save and Exit, then close and restart your CRM session to work as a user
