  • Logoff script takes too much time for it's process

    I am going to use logoff script for an OU.
    I have used GP 4 this urpose but
    I don't know why it cause too much delay
    for users when they logoff. summary: 'Running logoff script'
    takes too much time it seems that it never wants to be finished

      I have tried even this simple script but delay is to be continued
      del 'c:\documents and settings\%username%\local settrings\history\' *.* /f/s/q

        Trying delete files under user profile may cause open files to "refuse" from been deleted - and this will create error.

        You may delete the history by using registry editor or GPO:

          How can I combine these available registery 'as your first link' and use GPO to set it for Domain Clients.should I enter them in 'Install software section'.
