  • MSI Packages.

    Hi There.

I know i have seen a topic on the forum about this before. But for the love of me i can;t seem to find it, so please excuse me if this is a repeat question.

I want to create MSI packages of all the software we use in our enviroment eg: Winzip, Adobe Reader etc... What is the best tool to use to create an MSI to distribute through GPO?

    Thanks in Advance

    Re: MSI Packages.

Wininstall LE is free from this site:

    http://www.softpile.com/Utilities/Mi...745_index.html

Its quite good but some software apps either wont work or need tweaking. Check out www.appdeploy.com which is a great app deployment support site. Users previous experience or trying to repackage software apps are available so you don't make the same mistakes as them!!

    Hope this helps
