  • Unable to take remote

    Hi,

    We have one windows 2003 server in one of our remote location. Suddenly after the restart of the machine, iam unable to take the remote of this computer. The machine as informed by the remote team says it to be running fine. Iam also able to ping the server..Please help...

    Can you get anyone onsite to check running services?
    Why was it restarted -- patching?

      Hi,

      It was restarted for some other reasons as some appliactions are running in this server. Which service has to be checked ?
