Is it being pushed via a group policy? (I don't think there are any for WSUS server, but you never know...)

there is no GPO for this, but there is something which is reseting it back.

Could you run a GPResult for the WSUS server and check if there are any scripts or custom policy settings being applied?

Your really not helping us to help you.

Can you please show us the results of a GPResult and if possible any GPO's that are applied to the machine.

So there is absolutely nothing in the User/Computer sections of the GPO windows update??

Can you show us the settings, sanitizing any information from it.

Is SCCM installed on the same server at all??
