    Get ethernet cable of suitable length
    Plug one end of cable into Server 2003 box
    Plug other end into switch/hub
    Get second cable
    Plug one end into Win7 box
    Plug other end into same switch/hub as above

    Alternatively use a crossover cable directly between 2003 and Win7 and omit switch/hub

    Or do you mean "how do I configure the network on both machines so they can see each other? If so, please post (or ask your network admin to post) an IPCONFIG/ALL from both machines
