    Hi to all

    I'm a new on this forum and I want to ask to the experts guys something about windows 2003 active session ..

    I need to know by DOS commands or Vbasic .. the number ( quantity ) of active session computers connected to a server

    Computer managmente \ share folder \session

    it supost that net session show you all this active session but I need the quantity ..
    I appretiate any help

      if you just want Terminal sErver or RDP sessions:

      query session /server:server1.domain.com

      you could also look at downloading PSLoggedOn - part of PStools by Mark Russinovich - it gives you things like who is logged on to shares as well.
