    Change to a single gateway?

Please give more information, including the results of an IPCONFIG/ALL, so we can actually give a meaningful response.

Change the server IP configuration so there is only one gateway.

As I requested, please provide more information or all we can do is guess

Windows 2003 only supports one Gateway.
So switch to one gateway and add static routes where needed.

go into the IP configuration for the network card.
            You probably have two cards.
Review your network diagram, and establish which one is the most appropriate gateway.
Remove the gateway from the second card.

            All sorted.
