    can any body tell me the procedure to migrate from 2003 to 2008

    It depends a lot on your actual network infrastructure.

    What training do you have in Windows (2003 and 2008 ) and network administration. Judging by your posts in this forum, I strongly recommend you get some training before you start attempting to administer a live network.

      Are you qualified to carry out this migration??

      From your posts on the forum so far i wouldn't think so.
