Install the free SpecOps GPUpdate, open ADUC, select the computers you wish to restart, right-click and choose Restart from the context menu.

      http://www.specopssoft.com/products/specops-gpupdate

It displays a graph showing which machines were restarted and on which machines the command failed.

A very useful and free utility.
