  • IIS6 content expiration

I have a customer wich runs Windows 2003 server and IIS6. They are experiencing some problems wich some functionality on a website. The site is coded in asp and has a bunch of javascripts, wich I have found that the problems are related to. Like sometimes when the user klicks a button, nothing happens, other time it does.

The problems usually dissapears when the clear the java cache. What differs this customer from others that dont have the problem is that their browser is set to use content expiration.

So, the question is, can there be some relation between this two, the javascripts and the content expiration? The customer also uses https, but that should not effect the javascripts. Or?
