  • Password age policy

    Hi,

Can i set the password age policy for only 1 user account? for example i want to let the admin account not to have the password lock.

    Is it possible?

    Re: Password age policy

Password Policies are domain wide on 2000/2003 systems.

You could try blocking inheritance on the OU that the Admin account is in.

The Administrator account (not a normal domain admin) is exempt from lockout policies anyway

otherwise, with Server 2008, you can use Password Security Objects (is that the right term? PSOs) to set specific, finer-grained password and security controls
