  • User logon script prompts for drivers every time (Was: Each time...)

    Hi guys,

Hope you can help me with something:

Everytime I logon one of my users on the domain, but only on Windows Vista and Windows 7 systems, the logon script I run to have the printers added asks my user to install the drivers, and needs administrator rights.

This is making my morning a little tense, and I wonder if this can be cured.

    Thanks for all the contributions

    Grtz,

    Davey

You can disable UAC (via group policy if required) but this will weaken security generally
