    The Kerberos Key Distribution Center service terminated with the following error:
    The local machine must be a Kerberos KDC (domain controller) and it is not.

    Your thread title has been updated for clarity. You've been a member here long enough to know to use descriptive thread titles as well as put something in your post aside from an error message.

    What server OS are you using? Is this a new build or an old build? Was it ever working? Who's in charge of France? If it was working and then stopped, what changes have you made recently to the box?

      You have the answer on your post.
      You can't start the KDC service on member servers only in Domain controllers.
      To stop from receiving these errors just set tyhe KDC service startup mode to Disabled
