  • Active Directory and iphone

    Hello All

We are running exchange server 2003 with active directory I have fill out all the telephone & mobile numbers with +44(0) etc . Which all looks nice on the email signatures but when we need to call the user from our iphones the call does not go through, it's like it does like the +44(0) is the probelm with exchange or iphone?

    Re: Active Directory and iphone

If you mean to click on the contact on the phone and call it, it depends on the model of the phone

I have had no issues with HTC devices (including with the +44 (0) part) nor with blackberries, but I know Nokias have had issues when used with Mail For Exchange

Try it without the (0) and see if that works
