When user use SRV1 , all are ok!
When user use SRV2 , he arrives to the logon 2003 sreen. but it doesn't want go futher. i have the following message (srv2):

"the policie of this system doesn't enable you to open a session in a intéractive way."

    Re: TSE member server

If the server is DC you may need to add "Log on local" user right to domain controller OU.
Also, to use NLB with session directory all the TS servers need to be Win 2003
    Ent.
