    GPMC
    User Configuration
    Windows Settings
    Internet Explorer Maintenance
Security Zones & Content Ratings (double left click)
select, Import Current Security Zones etc
    Modify

You should be able to finish it off from there.

Thank You very much. I was able to add Local Intranet and Trusted Sites.

Now when I logged into the domain from a desktop PC and then check the IE settings under IE, Tools--Internet Options-Security- Local intranet, I cannot see the added URL's. When I try to add manually it gives me the message as " The site you specified already exists in another zone. Please remove the site from that zone before adding it to the current zone"
But I confirmed the settings by checking registry of the client PC at
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

Why is it not showing the settings under IE?
