  • Slow Internet connection in SBS 2000 Server

I have SBS 2000 Server with 40 users and 1,500 KB ADSL line.
Every day at 15:30 the rate of the Internet download is decreasing from 150 KB/Sec to 7 KB/Sec.
My guess is that some of the users are downloading big files at this time of day.
Is there any software or way that I can check which user / IP is using the Internet?

Look at your ISA log files, assuming you're using ISA server as a proxy and not directly connecting to the router from each client. Personally I would check when Windows Update and AV Updates are running.

I'm not using ISA because I have PIX 501 firewall

      Is there any other way?

        Does your firewall log traffic?
