  • Slipstreaming Win2k with Service Pak 4

I am trying to create a bootable CD with Win2000 and service pak 4 to use on my 3 computers at home. I have followed the instructions for slipstreaming found on the website. I have an original installation CD of Win2000 with SP1 on it. I downloaded the w2ksp4_en.exe file. The problem comes when I try to extract the SP4 files. I am currently running Win98 on my computer and obviously there is a DLL file missing because everytime I try and extract SP4, I get the message W2KSP4_EN.exe file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtShutdownSystem. Is there anyway around this to export this file in Win 98 so that I can create this disk and install Win2000 with SP4 already on it or am I going to have to install base Win2000 just to be able to extract these files?
