  • help for FTP

    Dear all

    I am configuring FTP in 2003
    but when i give FTP Address in Internet Explorer like ftp://192.168.1.1 it opens folder in windows Explore style which does not allow to download a folder it only opens folder and downloads file

    I want to configure FTP in a manner that the folders can be downloaded Please Help

    I think you will need some proper client software. There are plenty of free FTP clients ( is your friend here)

      But i have seen people using server 2003 IIS without any 3rd party software working like downloading folders

                I don't think it's a server side issue.
                The way how to visualize the content of the ftp server depend on the client.
